First of all, many thanks to all Foneros which held with bigger a or smaller contributions to create FON Wiki. We don't want to give you hundreds of rules. We only ask you to to read and follow this guidelines.

Before translating FON Wiki pages

English is the main language of FON Wiki:

  • Pages created in other languages than English should have '/language code' append to the English page title. Eg: /de, so German 'Main Page' is 'Main Page/de'.
  • If you add information to any translated page, please add this information to the English page as well.
  • If part of a translation is still missing, add the following warning template. If you finish the translation, delete it.
{{Missing Translation}}

or

{{Missing Translation/country code}}

for non English pages.

  • If you upload non English screen shots, please append the country code to the file name (for ex. ..._de.png for a German screen shot).
  • For more general instructions check the Join FON Wiki Team page

Elements all FON Wiki pages should have

[[Category:EN]]
  • Pages which are translated (even partially) should feature at the bottom of the page the language menu which allows to switch from one language to another. Just add the following at the bottom of the page:
