Purchasing Items in the Online Shop
You may visit our Online Shop by visiting https://shop.fon.com.
From here you will find all the products we offer ranging from WiFi routers, to Antennas, to WiFi Devices (Skype Phone and Wireless Cards, to Network Devices, and finally to WiFi "Toys and Gadgets".
Promotional Codes
If you have received a promotional code through either a program like Fonero Gets Fonero, a FON related event, or through a FON representative, you will need to enter it into the Promotional Code box at the right side of the Online Shop Page.
When you enter your Promotional Code and select submit, you should see the the device and price that was assigned to that promotion. If for some reason the promotional code does not work by either displaying an error message or stating that the code doesn't exist, there are some things you should try doing.
- First, please check the code that you have entered and make sure that there are no mistakes.
- Second, make sure your promo code has not expired.
- Third, if the code persists not to work, contact Customer Support for further help. Please provide details about the promotion so one of our representative can help you.
Payment Options
After choosing the products that you will like to buy and filling out the neccessary information, you can chose between two online payment services: 'PayPal' or 'Click and Buy'. All the payment process is done through their interfaces.
With both services you can pay either by credit card (following cards are accepted) or you simply login with your 'PayPal' or 'Click and Buy' account purchasing with credit on your respective online accounts.

- Discover (in some counties)
You should receive a confirmation after you submit the purchase information. Please save or print this confirmation because it will be needed for refund requests, delivery tracking, and proof of your purchase.

Known issues
Delivery
Usually shipments take no more than two weeks. If you don't receive anything by this time, please contact a Customer Care representative, providing them with your full name and the I-EU/I-US invoice number (which you will find on the PDF that was sent with the confirmation email you received), so that we can give you detailed information about the status.
However, please keep in mind that it can take up to 30 days to reach certain areas.
