Buy passes in advance
I removed this line:
Addition: In the meantime this URL https://www.fon.com/login/gateway/ exists. There it should be possible to buy tickets in advance.
- It is not possible to buy passes in advance
- I fear that giving this url might confuse users

Testing done
It seems you are right. After some screens the purchase process doesn't work correctly any more....You cannot buy a ticket. It ends here: https://www.fon.com/de/access/byCreditCard
But this question is justified:
Wouldn't it be a benefit for FON to sell tickets in advance??
I can see some advantages in that.....
For testing reasons I registered user nickname ="test122333", email="test122333@test.de". Please kill this user!

Not very clearly
In How to Buy... => ...a Day Pass
3) Select the amount of day passes you would like to buy (either one or five), by clicking on the "Pack of five one day passes" or "One day pass" radio button and choose the payment service you want to use - Paypal or Click and Buy. 4) Choose the the ticket you want to buy (a single 1 day pass or a pack of 5 day passes)(both can be used with credit cards or credit balance on your account).

SMS payments
I read :
* Advice : You can use this service only with a mobile phone from the corresponding country which is registered with a national network. You can't send a SMS from a French phone if your are in Spain for example.
I try to understand this... Imho i have had "english mobile users" pay with SMS here in Belgium... while above explanation seems to indicate you can only pay in france with a french mobile phone eg registered/bought in france --Skynetbbs 15:03, 16 November 2008 (UTC)
