How can I connect to hotspots from the WeRoam global virtual broadband network?
To connect to these hotspots (or any other Roaming Partner hotspot) Foneros must have Prepaid WiFi available in their accounts.
Foneros can connect to these hotspots selecting WeRoam as Roaming-Partner/Operator and then entering their FON account details, the username is the email address associated to the FON account.
There are two kind of hotspots:
- Hotspots that support the Web Access Platform (or WAP). After selecting WeRoam as Roaming Partner in these hotspots the landingpages are redirected to login.weroam.com where you can choose "FON" as Service provider.
- Hotspots that don't support WAP. To use these hotspots you need to specify the Roaming Partner (WeRoam) or Service provider (FON) in the same field as the username through a prefix that can be either "weroam/FON/" or "FON/"
How to connect to hotspots that support WAP
Connecting to these hotspots is really easy, simply select "WeRoam" as Roaming-Partner/Operator, then select "FON" as Service Provider and finally enter your FON account details.
Note: The username is the email address associated to your FON account.

How to connect to hotspots that don't support WAP
When the hotspot's portal does not let you select "WeRoam" as Roaming Partner or Operator it will be necessary to enter the username (email addresss) with the prefix "weroam/FON/" or "FON/"
Here are some examples:
AT&T
Orange
Note: In above two cases the username is the email address associated to the FON account preceded by the prefix "FON/".
Telenet
Note: In above cases the username is the email address associated to the FON account preceded by the prefix "weroam/FON/".
How much does it cost?
Once you credit your Prepaid WiFi into your FON account, the amount of the Prepaid WiFi will be subtracted by-the-minute as you connect (10 minute minimum).
Charge per minute varies. For full information about FON Partners’ WiFi hotspots and the charge per-minute click here
